Workouts written by Rhino
Tell it the goal, your time and the equipment. It writes the plan and saves it.
Tell Rhino what you want to train and get a full workout back: exercises, sets, reps and weights. Then tick off each set as you go, adjust on the fly, and watch your streak grow. Your workouts stay on your phone.
The whole loop is three screens. Nothing to set up, nothing to sign in to.
“Upper body push, 45 minutes, dumbbells and a bench.” Rhino replies with a table of exercises, sets, reps and starting weights. Talk it over until it looks right, then tap Save.
Each exercise shows the set you are on, its weight and reps. Tick a set to move to the next one, tap the weight or reps to change them, or open the overview to see and edit every set at once.
Completing a workout logs the session. The home screen shows your current streak, and the Progress screen adds your best streak, this week’s count and a heatmap of every day you trained.
Built around what actually happens in a gym: plans change, weights move, and you forget what you did last time. Every one of these is written up in full in the documentation.

One card per exercise, one tap per set. Nudge a weight mid-set and it saves for next time.
A day off does not break it. The banner nudges rather than nags.
Every session on one calendar, shaded by how hard it was.
Each card shows last time, and tells you the moment you beat it.
60 to 180 seconds, running on the Lock Screen so the phone can sit face down.
Sessions save to Apple Health, with live heart rate from a Watch or AirPods Pro 3.
Runs, rows and planks in distance and time, not reps. Body weight too.
No account, no analytics, no ads. Only what you type to Rhino leaves the phone.
Rhino is the trainer inside the app. Ask it anything about training, form or food, from the home screen or mid-workout. When you ask during a session, Rhino already knows which workout you are doing and how far through it you are.
In the editor, Rhino can also revise a saved workout for you: make it easier on your knees, harder, shorter, or heavier on back work. You see the proposed changes before anything is saved.

Tightness is a cue to check form, not to push through.
• Brace before you descend and keep the bar over mid-foot
• Drop to 70 kg for the last two sets
• Rest 2 to 3 minutes between them
If it turns into sharp pain, stop the exercise for today.
Aim for roughly 30 g of protein and some carbs within two hours:

| Chicken and rice | 35 g | 60 g |
| Greek yoghurt and oats | 25 g | 45 g |
| Tofu stir-fry | 28 g | 50 g |
